No sugar dry Fruits laddu / Healthy Laddu recipe / Dates laddu recipes with detailed step by step photos. Dry fruits ladoo is a healthy and delicious sweet recipe. This is easy sweet recipe which is made without any sweetener like sugar or jaggery. Dry fruits are rich in protein hence this laddu is also known as protein laddu/ladoo. The interesting part about this ladoo preparation is there is no particular measurements to be followed in this recipe. You can add any dry fruits according to your choice but make sure to add more dates because dates helps in biding the ladoo.
Dates ladoo/ dry fruits laddu with step wise photos. Today In this recipe i had used almonds, cashews, walnut, pistachio and dates. You can also add raisins and apricots in this protein ladoo. Dry fruits proportion can vary according to your choice. I have used poppy seeds / khus khus in this ladoo to make it crunchy.
How to make dry fruits ladoo
Dry fruits ladoo is very easy to make and this recipe all together comes under 20 minutes. Blend the dates to a coarse mixture, heat a pan and add ghee roast the dry fruits and add dates and mix it well shape the ladoos.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Dates
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup Almond / Badam finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Cashew finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Pistachios finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Walnut (optional) finely chopped
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Instructions
- Firstly deseed the dates and add it to a blending jar
- Blend the dates coarsely without adding any water and set aside
- Heat a pan and dry roast the poppy seeds for 1-2 minutes and set aside
- In the same pan dry roast almond, cashews, walnut and pistachios for 4-5 minutes or till they turn slightly crunchy and set aside
- Now add some ghee and saute the ground dates for 2-3 minutes
- Then add the roasted nuts and mix well with the dates
- Now add the hot mixture to a plate and allow it to cool for sometimes ( mixture should not turn completely cool )
- Take small ball size and shape it to laddus
