Green chutney dip for tandoori chicken ,Samosa and paneer tikka / Coriander mint chutney recipe with step by step photos. This chutney is a perfect dip for all grilled recipes it is sweet, sour and spicy chutney. This green chutney is different from our regular mint and coriander chutney which we make it for idli and dosa . You can make Coriander mint chutney with all chat food items. Green chutney dip pairs well with all grilled veggies and meat.

This is very simple and it takes just 5 minutes to prepare this chutney with few basic available ingredients. We use mint, coriander, curd/yogurt, green chili, sugar and salt. I usually make Green chutney with Tandoori chicken and samosa.

You can make Coriander mint chutney and store it in fridge

up to days. this requires no sauteing and roasting. just take all the required ingredients and blend it together and you are ready to go.

Use fresh Coriander and mint leaves.

– Take all the ingredients mentioned in the ingredient list
– Add them all to the blender jar and blend it to smooth if required add water
– Now taste test for salt and sugar and serve it
– Green chutney dip is ready to be served

  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Mint leaves
  • 2 Green chili
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • half lemon Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt / curd
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • as required Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients mentioned in the ingredient list
  • Add them all to the blender jar and blend it to smooth if required add water
  • Now taste test for salt and sugar and serve it
  • Green chutney dip is ready to be served
