The Peanuts are by far one of the most popular nuts around the world, and its easily available in all the stores. The Peanut ladoo is a quick snack for kids, and also it is energy booster for all age groups. This requires only 2 ingredient and does not require ghee. The oil within peanuts and moisture in jaggery is enough to shape the ladoo. I have prepared Peanut ladoo recipe in a short time with very little effort.
There are many different variations in making peanut ladoo. Some uses the coconut, sesame seeds into this peanut ladoo. In some parts they dissolve the jaggery and add the Groung peanuts. The peanut ladoo recipe which im sharing today is simple version just roast the peanuts blend it with jaggery and shape it. The peanut ladoo can be packed for Kids snacks box.
Since it is high in protein kids can have it daily for a healthy weight gain. This ladoo is free from refined white sugar so we can have it without guilt.
This recipe can easily be doubled or even tripled. It can be stored in airtight jar for a week in room temperature.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanuts/ Groundnut
- 1/2 cup Jaggery
Instructions
- In a kadai, dry roast the peanuts well
- Roast it well till the skin removes on its own
- Transfer It to plate and let it cool for sometime
- Peel the skin completely by rubbing it in yours in your palms
- Now the peanut skin has peeled completely
- Add the roasted peanuts and jaggery powder to a blending jar Blend well in 3 intervals
- Transfer it to a plate and start making ladoos
- Store in in airtight jar and enjoy
