Ingredients
- 2 no. Vazhakkai
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin/Jeera
- few Curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Sambar powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt (as per taste)
Instructions
- Wash,peel and chop the raw banana in to round disk shape and keep them in cold water
- In a wide pan, heat some oil add mustard seeds, cumin/jeera and let it splutter
- Add curry leaves
- Now add raw banana/vazhakkai
- Further add turmeric powder and salt mix well let it cook for 5 minutes
- When it is half cooked add 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp sambar powder, ½ tsp coriander powder
- Further mix well and cover and cook for 5 minutes or till done
