Khoya cake recipe| Mawa cake recipe| Eggless Khoya Cake with detailed step by step photos Khoya| Mawa cake is found commonly in indian bakeries mainly in Mumbai, today am sharing egg-less khoya or mawa cake recipein detail.- In large bowl take ½ cup butter and 1 cup powdered sugar and mix well using hand whisk- Mix till it becomes fluffy- Now add 1&1/2 cup Maida/all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and mix well- Now add ½ cup curd and mix gently- Further add ¾ cup milk and start mixing it- Now add 1 cup grated khoya and add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder then combine it flour and mix gently- Pour the batter into greased cake tin and top it with nuts- Bake it in preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degree Celsius and take it out once the inserted knife or skewer comes out clean
