In blender jar add Mint leaves, Green chilli, Coconut, Ginger & garlic with little water
Blend it to smooth paste
In a Pressure cooker or pan heat oil add jeera, cinnamon, bay leaves, Cloves, Staraniseed and fry them for a minute
Add thinly chopped onions and Curry leaves and saute them till they are transculant
Now add the grounded pudina mixture and mix well cook till the raw smell goes
Cook till raw smell goes and till oil separates
Add 2 cups water and salt and let the water comes to boil
Add rice and cover the pan for 20 minutes if cooking in pressure cooker cook for 2 whistle and switch of the flame
Serve hot with raita and enjoy
