Peanut ladoo| Groundnut ladoo| How to make peanut ladoo with detailed step by step photos. Peanuts are good source of protein and fiber also they are nutrient rich. The peanuts are commonly used, and also available in all the places. Peanut ladoo is a quick snack for kids, and also it is energy booster for all age groups. This requires only 2 ingredient and does not require ghee. There oil within peanuts and moisture in jaggery is enough to shape the ladoo. I have prepared Peanut ladoo in a short time with very little effort.
- In a kadai, dry roast the peanuts well
- Roast it well till the skin removes on its own
- Transfer It to plate and let it cool for sometime
- Peel the skin completely by rubbing it in yours in your palms
- Now the peanuts has peeled completely
- Add the roasted peanuts and jaggery powder to a blending jar Blend well in 3 intervals
- Transfer it to a plate and start making laddus
- Store in in airtight jar and enjoy

  • 1/2 cup Jaggery

Notes

Use good peanuts for ladoo
peel the peanut skin before blending
you can add more jaggery according to your taste buds
You can also add cardamom powder
