Coconut chutney recipe | White chutney| Hotel style chutney | How to prepare coconut chutney with detailed step by step photos. The Coconut chutney is a famous south Indian chutney. This recipe is made of few ingredient like coconut and roasted channa dal (porikadalai). I have prepare this coconut chutneyreceipe twice or trice in a week. This goes well with idli, dosa, pongal and appam variety.- In a blender jar take ½ cup tighly packed shredded coconut, 1 tbsp fried gram dal / poori kadalai/ pottu kadalai. Add small ginger, green chilli, salt and water- Blend it to smooth - For tempering - In a tadka pan heat 1 tsp coconut oil add mustard and once it crackles add red chilli and curry leaves and add it to chutney- Serve it with idli or dosa
