Pudina chutney is popular in indian cuisine, it is served in many forms. The pudina / mint has a number of health benefits. Pudina leaves are one of the oldest herb used to treat digestion problem, heart burns and it instantly helps to breath freshly, hence we use it in number of ways mainly we use it in our day to day cooking it is such flavorful herb.- In a kadai heat 2 tsp oil and add channa dal and urad dal saute- Now add red chilli, green chilli, Garlic cloves and Ginger and saute- Now add Chopped tomato and cook for 2 minutes- Further add cleaned pudina / mint leaves and saute it slightly - Add shredded coconut and mix well and switch of the flame- Once the mixture cool downs add it to a blender jar with some salt and little water- Blend it well to the desired texture- in a tadka pan heat some oil and mustard seeds once it crackles add red chilli and curry leaves and add the tadka to the chutney
