In a large bowl take 2 cups flour and make a hole in the center ,add 3 tbsp sugar ,1/2 tsp salt , 1 tbsp oil, 1 egg and yeast mixture and required water to make a dough
Knead the dough well for 10 min or until the dough becomes soft . I kneaded the dough in my kitchen counter top
After 10 minutes dough should be very soft and non-sticky
Brush some oil on top and rest the dough for 1 hr or until it becomes double in its size
Once the dough has doubled knead it once , take small sized dough make it to ball shaped and place it in baking tray
Now close and keep the tray for 2nd proofing
Once it has raised slightly apply some butter or oil on top
Place the arranged baking tray in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree c or bake till done
Once the buns are taken out brush some butter on each bun
Hot buns or rolls are ready to be served, serve it with tea or coffee or you can make burgers out of these buns
