This potato curry is one such dish.- Firstly boil the potatoes and peas and set aside if using fresh green peas then need not pressure cook it. Take 2 tomatoes and puree it and keep aside- In a kadai heat some oil and add Jeera /Cumin and saute- Now add Chopped onion and saute it- Add Ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes- Further add chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder and sauteadd tomato puree and cook- Cook the tomato puree till the oil separates- Now add Potatoes and peas and add little water mix well Now add salt as per taste- Now add garam masala and coriander leaves and switch off the flame- Serve hot with poori or chappati
