Fristly cut and clean the cauliflower to small florets
In boiling water add the cauliflower florets and switch of the flame and leave it for 5 minutes and drain the water and set aside ( this helps to clean the cauliflower )
In a large mixing bowl take cleaned cauliflower and add chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, curry leaves, Green chili, ginger garlic paste and fennel/sombu
Now mix all the ingredients with the cauliflower
Rest the cauliflower mixture for 5 minutes, meanwhile heat the oil for frying
Now add besan, rice flour and salt and sprinkle the water and mix well ( do not add more water )
just coat the flours with cauliflower, it should not be watery
Now drop the cauliflowers in hot oil
Fry the cauliflower pakoda in medium flame and cook till they are golden brown
squeeze a lemon juice on cauliflower pakoda and serve it hot
