Carrot chutney recipe requires only few ingredients to prepare.- Firstly in a kadai heat some oil and add Urad dal and chana dal and saute it- Now add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and red chilli and saute it- Add roughly chopped carrot and saute it- Now saute the carrots till the colour changes and add i to blender jar- Now add shredded coconut, tamarind, salt and water and grind it to smooth- Blend it to smooth- In a tadka pan add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves and once it crackles add it to chutney- Serve it with idli dosa
