Tapioca stir used to be served in breakfast and also for evening tea/coffee.- Firstly wash and clean the tapioca and roughly chop it and pressure cook it for 2 whistle in medium flame- In a kadai heat some oil, add mustard once it crackles add chana dal, urad dal- Now add chopped onion, curry leaves and saute- Add Curry masala powder OR use chili powder, Turmeric and Coriander powder and saute it- Now add Cooked tapioca and mix it with onion and masala- Cover and cook for 5 minutes in low flame- Finally add chopped coriander leaves and switch of the flame- Serve spicy Tapioca / kappa with tea or coffee
