In a mixing bowl take 1 cup smashed banana
Add ¼ cup curd
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda mix well
Further add 1 tsp jeera and mix well
Now add 2 cups maida / all purpose flour
Now prepare the dough
Knead for 5 minutes or till it becomes non-sticky dough
Apply some oil on top and cover and rest it for 8 hours
After 8 hours the dough has raised slightly, knead it once
Now make a take a small ball sized dough and roll it to a thick poori
Deep fry the buns in hot oil
Fry the buns on both the sides , flame should be in medium
Once it becomes golden brown take it out
