Grease the baking tin with some oil and dust some flour and keep aside, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes. Take the chopped mangoes and add it in blender and make a puree out of it and keep aside
Ina large mixing bowl, add ½ cup curd, ¼ cup oil, 1/2 cup powder sugar(powdered with cardamom)
Now add pureed mango
Further mix well
In a another bowl sieve the 1 cup maida/all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda
Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. (you can sieve the dry ingredients in the same bowl I used different because of the bowl shape I used )
Now add ¼ cup milk and mix well . use cut and fold method to mix it
Now add the batter in greased baking tray and pat it twice and keep it inside the preheated oven for 35 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
After taking it out Insert a tooth pick or skewer inside if it comes clean the cake is ready to be served, I baked it for 35 minutes, but it is always depends on the oven so check after 30 minutes
