Yogurt Chicken roast / Chicken roast recipe / Chicken roast in Oven recipes with detailed step by step photos. Yogurt chicken roast is one of the simple and yet delicious chicken cook with yogurt and few spices. It requires few ingredients. These chicken are moist tender and flavorful. This yogurt/curd marinade takes few minutes to put all the ingredients together.- Clean the chicken thighs and make incisions on it so that it absorbs the masala- Squeeze the lemon juice- Add salt and pepper and rub it completely on the chicken and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes- In a bowl take yogurt/curd/ dahi . chili flakes, green chili and garlic paste, lemon zest and mixed herbs and mix everything well- Now add freshly chopped Coriander leaves and salt mix it (adjust the salt as we had already added salt)- Apply this Yogurt mixture to the chicken and coat it well on both the sides and cover and keep it in fridge for 4-5 hours.- Take it out and arrange the marinated chicken on baking tray and apply all the left over marinade on them. Place the tray on the pre heated oven and bake it for 25-30 minutes at 180 degree celsius- Serve it hot with spicy green chutney

1 tspLemon zest from 1 lemon
1 tspChili flakes
1 tspGreen chili & Garlic paste

You can increase the spice level by adding more green chiliLemon zest(outer skin of lemon) adds nice flavor and taste so do not skip it You can also roast this chicken in kadai in stove topUse any piece of your choice
