Heat a pan with some oil and add finely chopped onions and grated ginger and saute it till they turn soft
Add red chili powder, garam masala and mix
To this add corn, Peas and carrot and add the required salt and mix well cover and cook for 5 minutes or until veggies cook completely
Add boiled and mashed potato and mix everything well and switch of the flame and transfer it to a bowl
Add 4 tbsp bread crumbs to the veg mixture ( this helps to absorb the moisture) and mix well
Make slurry by mixing corn flour and water and set aside
Take a small ball size from the veg mixture and press it in your palm or you can roll it (cutlet can be made into any desired shapes)
Now dip the prepared cutlet in corn flour slurry
Coat it with the bread crumbs
Heat a pan with some oil and add the prepared cutlets
And cook on the both side in a medium flame ( alternatively you can deep fry the cutlets in oil or you can bake them in oven)
Serve it hot with ketchup
