This Pumpkin spices bread requires few basic baking ingredients.- Take all the required ingredients- Sieve All purpose flour / maida, Baking powder, Baking soda,cinnamon, ginger together and set aside- In a large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar till it gets blended and add in the eggs one at a time and beat until fluffy- Add in the Pumpkin puree and beat it well, (by now the mixture will turn grainy like curdled which is fine )- Add the Flour mixture and mix it with the wet Pumpkin mixture do not over mix- Add walnuts or pecans or mixed nuts and combine it with batter- Pour the batter into prepared loaf tin and bake it in a pre heated oven at 180 degree c for 40 minutes or till done.- Take it out once the inserted skewer or knife comes out clean and allow it cool before slicing- Once the cake cool downs just top it with cream cheese frosting and keep it in fridge for 30 minutes and serve it
