Firstly wash and clean the chicken pieces and cut the pieces to the bite size
To marinate the chicken, in a large bowl take chicken pieces and add chili powder, garlic powder, salt and chili sauce and mix well
Then add the Milk and vinegar and mix well
Cover the marinated chicken and keep it in fridge for 1 hour or more.
Now take out from fridge and add one egg and mix well
In a bowl take all purpose flour, corn flour and garlic powder and mix well
Now take the marinated chicken piece and coat it in a Flour mixture and keep aside
Add some cold water to the leftover marinade and dip the flour coated chicken in the marinade again
Coat it in the Flour mixture again and repeat for all the chicken pieces
Now deep fry the Chicken pieces in hot oil in medium flame
Take out the chicken once it its done
Serve it hot
