So last weekend again my husband insisted me for this biscuits so made it again and I clicked the pictures to share here.- Soak the saffron in hot milk for sometime- In a large bowl take butter and powdered sugar and beat it well with hand whisk or electric beater untill it turns fluffy- To that add custard powder, milk powder, salt - Now add all purpose flour/maida, cardamom powder and mix well and form a dough.. Do not knead just combine- In a work surface dust some flour and roll the dough- Using a bottle cap or cookie cutter cut the biscuits into the shapes- Place the biscuits on a tray and brush the saffron milk on top brush it- And bake it in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree C- Serve it with coffee or tea
