Take 3 tomatoes and puree them in a blender and take all other required ingredients
Heat a pan with some oil and add jeera and bay leaf and saute it
Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste saute it till they are golden
Then add chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder and saute it
Now add the tomato puree, mix well and cook till it oozes out the oil
Add the fresh or frozen peas and mix well with the masala and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium flame
Add the cleaned and chopped mushroom
Mix well with the masala and cook for 5-6 minutes or till the mushroom is cooked
Finally add kasuri methi and garam masala and simmer the flame for a minute and switch of the flame
Serve hot with roti, paratha or pulkas
