KARACHI HALWA

You can add green peas in any Indian curries or gravies and it just goes well. And in this recipe you can substitute mushroom with paneer, if adding paneer add it towards the end. You can use fresh or frozen peas in this recipe. Mushroom matar masala is a semi gravy hence you can serve it even with plain white rice. I had shared many mushroom recipes earlier and this gravy with peas and mushroom combination is our family favorite. I include mushrooms in my weekly meal plan. Sometimes i make plan mushroom sabzi(dry) or mushroom biryani. For any special recipes i make kadai mushroom or chettinad mushroom
