The best brownie recipe from scratch, these brownies are eggless and are made from scratch. These are easy to make with basic pantry staples and they are so delicious. As these are eggless brownies we use curd/ yogurt in the recipe. These best eggless chocolate brownie are not chewy as they are soft and cake like structure.- Firstly sieve the all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt (if using salted butter skip salt)and set it aside- In a bowl add chopped chocolate and butter and microwave it for about 30-50 seconds in intervals or use double boiler method to melt it.- Chocolate and butter has melted perfectly- Now add yogurt, vanilla essence and mix well- To this add sugar and whisk it well for 1-2 minutes- Now add the prepared wet mixture to flour cocoa mixture- Mix it well do not over mix it- Now pour the batter to prepared tin and bake it at 180 degree for 30-35 minutes- Allow the brownie to cool completely before slicing. You can also keep the brownie in refrigerator for 1 hour before slicing- Enjoy the brownie like that or warm the brownies and add a scoop of ice cream

3/4 cupYogurt / curd or Greek yogurt
1 tspVanilla essence
1/2 cup + 1 tbspSugargranulated
1-2 tbspPowder sugar for topping optional
