Firstly take warm milk in bowl add 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp butter and mix it well now
Now add yeast and mix it well and cover it and set aside for 10-15 minutes or till the yeast proves
Now add flour to a mixing bowl and add the yeast mixture and mix it well
Add butter and knead it well for 5-10 minutes to a soft dough
Cover the dough and rest it for 1-2 hours or till it doubles in its size
Now knead the dough once again
And divide it to the equal sized balls and roll it to smooth ball
And again cover it for another 10 minutes and meanwhile heat the oil for deep frying
When the oil is medium hot add the buns and fry them in a low flame
Fry them till they turn golden brown and take it out and set aside for cooling
