Add buttermilk followed with remaining dry ingredients and beat it ( do not over mix)- Add the prepared batter into greased cake tin- Bake it for 40 minutes or till the tooth pick inserted comes out cleanTo make cream cheese frosting- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese till they are smooth- Add Icing sugar and beat it till they are light and fluffy- Now cut the cake into 2 layers- And frost it accordingly and refrigerate it for sometime before serving

250 gmsCream cheese
½ cupButter
2 cupIcing sugar
1 tspVanilla essence
Instructions
To make red velvet cake
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree for 15 minutes
Sift all purpose flour(maida), corn flour, baking soda and salt then set it aside
