Cabbage Pokada| Pakoda Recipe| Snacks recipe with detailed step by step photos. There are many pakoda varieties and it can be prepared with many different vegetables like onion pokoda, mixed vegetable pakoda and etc. Already I had shared Raw mango pakoda in my blog . The cabbage pokada is crunchy and best tea time snack, if you like cabbage taste then surely you will love these Cabbage pokodas. I make these pakodas whenever I have big cabbage at home.

To this Cabbage Pakoda I have added thinly sliced onions which adds etc. Taste to the pakoda, do not add equal quantity of onion and cabbage as the taste differs. While adding water add little by little as the cabbage and onion ozzes out water. Fry the pakodas in medium heat .

I did not add any cooking soda but if you want you can add, rice flour makes the pokoda crispy , you can also add cornflour instead of rice flour. Please visit my other recipes as well.
