This is my first post for the new year, I want to start this year with a any sweet dish but finally ended making this beautiful classic bundt cake. Bundt cake is a ring shaped cake. Classic vanilla cake baked in fluted pan( ring shape ). Bundt cake requires only few ingredients to make also it does not require to make any decoration.
My secret recipe to keep bundt cake moist is to use 1 tbsp oil, oil really helps to keep the cake moist and soft.
To make prefect vanilla bundt cake
- Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature
- Measure the ingredients carefully
- Add eggs one at a time, just beat until the yolk disappears
- Do not over mix the batter
- Grease your bundt pan well. Generously brush the bundt pan with oil
- Do not skip oil in bundt cake as it help to keep the cake moist
- If the surface of the cake is browning too much before baking time then cover the pan with aluminum foil paper
- Insert the tooth pick into the center of the cake it should come out clean, if not continue baking for another 5 minutes and check again
- Store the cake in an air tight container at room temperature for up to 3 days

Bundt cake requires only few ingredients to make also it does not requires to make any decoration.To make vanilla bundt cake* Take all the required ingredients (at room temperature), preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree and brush the bundt pan with oil* Stiff the flour, baking powder and salt and set aside* Beat butter and sugar till creamy and fluffy* Add eggs one at a time and mix it well until combined* Add vanilla and mix it* Add half of the flour mixture ,milk and mix it, continue the same for remaining flour mixture and milk* Now add 1 tbsp oil and beat it once to a silky smooth batter* Pour the prepared batter into bundt pan or loaf tin and bake it in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes * When the cake is done inserted skewer or knife comes out clean* Once the cake cool downs dust icing sugar on top and serve it

- 1½ cup All purpose flour /maida
- ¼ tsp Salt Skip if using salted butter
- 1⅛ tsp Baking powder
- ¾ cup Butter room temperature
- ¾ cup + 1 tbsp Sugar Granulated sugar
- 3 Egg
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Icing sugar for dusting optional
