Peanut Chutney podi / Groundnut podi / idli podi / andhra style peanut podi recipes with detailed instruction and step by step photos and videos. Peanut podi is a perfect blend of roasted peanuts, roasted gram dal, cumin, garlic and salt. It is similar to the idli podi which shared earlier but with different ingredients however the preparation process remains the same dry roasting and blending.
Peanut podi tastes best with hot rice & ghee, idli, dosa, and also with plain curd rice. Groundnut podi is also healthy as groundnut and roasted gram dal both are packed with protein hence it is one of the healthier choice to serve the kids.
