How to choose and cut the pineapple
Always choose ripe pineapple, ripe pineapple should have firm shell but slightly soft. Peeling and chopping the pineapple may be the difficult at times. Usually my husband helps with peeling and chopping it, he cut the pineapple first and then peels it. In that it is more easy and can be done quickly.

Refreshing Pineapple drink
Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple
- Few Mint leaves
- 1 Lemon juice
- Small Green chili
- 2-3 Black pepper corn optional
- 3-4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- as required Water or soda
Instructions
- Peel the outer skin and chop the pineapple into small cubes
- Add the cubed pineapple to blender jar and add small green chili
- Add black pepper corns
- Add few fresh mint leaves, sugar, few ice cubes and pinch of salt and blend it well
- Now strain it through and blend it again if necessary
- Add some water and squeeze lemon juice and mix it (if adding soda just skip water and pour juice in the serving glass and mix soda to it)
- Pour it in a glass add some ice cubes and serve it immediately
